I purchased an SUV here in mid-October. Eddy, the General Sales Manager, was quick to help us out. He answered all of our questions in a kind and professional matter. We really appreciated that he was bilingual. Our process was smooth and fast. He was honest that the SUV needed the timing chain replaced, and their in-house mechanic would get that fixed for us at no cost. We will definitely be going back to Discount Motors, and we HIGHLY recommend Eddy.

These guys were awesome! They were quick to respond after my request online about a car I was interested in. They let me take it for a test drive free, they gave me the car's background and they have a garage where they check their vehicles to make sure they're in excellent condition. I was in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle. I came across Discount Motor Sales via Craigslist. I have bought and sold several cars myself on Craigslist. I made a call to the dealership and Oscar answer the phone and was very polite. I expressed my interest in a certain SUV, and he said anytime I have available he would show me the vehicle. The next day I drove out to the dealership and found it very neat and organized. I went in the office and Oscar greeted me. He already had the vehicle pulled to the front of the office for me to view. The vehicle was very clean, and Oscar answered any questions I had. The price was a bit higher than what I felt I wanted to pay for the vehicle. We negotiated back and forth a couple times, and arrived on the price that I felt was fair. Oscar never made me feel uncomfortable through that conversation. The next day, I took it to a dealership to have a Buyer's inspection done at my expense. They found a couple minor things that needed repaired. I took the report back to Oscar, and he agreed to address those for minimal to no cost. He has a repair shop and his business partner is a Certified Technician who did the repairs.
Oscar and his business partner have over 30 years combined experience at a major dealership. They know their stuff. Oscar was concerned about the safety of the vehicle and my complete satisfaction. He said he wanted to provide good vehicles to his customers and continue that reputation. They are a fairly new dealership that's been open about six months.
Through the entire process, I felt very comfortable in dealing with Oscar and his team. I found him very sincere and easy to talk with They seem to be very meticulous about the vehicles they bring on their lot wherever they acquire them from, whether it is a trade-in, or an auction sale. If you are in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle, I would highly recommend you consider looking at a vehicle at this Discount Motor Sales.
